eCriteria is for Corporate Workgroups - The Web-hosted

Below are some examples of how eCriteria can be
used in a corporate workgroup environment. Many of the applications
are perfect for attaching to an intranet, accessible to all employees of the company, or they
may be used entirely through the eCriteria website.
The example databases
(shown in RED below)
are implemented with eCriteria Enterprise.
The forms used in the example are generic. You can create customized forms to fit the
look-and-feel of your site. Every person in the organization
has their own database username and password. After creating a new username for login,
they can add new requests or edit their own entries previously entered. The Enterprise data
author can designate one person as a supervisor who can view everyone's entries. If you wish
to access the database from a supervisor perspective, use the username 'eCriteria', and
password 'eCriteria'. This example does not use custom data entry and search forms, but
as an Enterprise member, you do have the option of creating custom forms.

ever picking up the phone. The Help Desk technicians can quickly
review the help requests by using a database search Web form. |
