and fax. If you're having difficulties using our web-hosted database service,

Paid subscribers wishing to update their credit card billing
information, must call our credit card processor Pay By Touch Payment Solutions at 866-609-4729

Customers wishing
to discontinue eCriteria database services and monthly billing must
do so via an e-mail request that includes the eCriteria username.
