How To Modify database structure
To modify the structure of a database, you must currently create a new database.
Here is a simple method that takes only a few minutes:
(1) Download your current database to your desktop PC.
(2) Import into Excel.
(3) Modify the structure by inserting (or deleting) columns
in your Excel spreadsheet.
(4) Make sure that your first row in the Excel spreadsheet has the field names with no
embedded spaces or special characters in the names.
(5) Delete your current eCriteria database.
(6) Export your new data from Excel to a .CSV file format.
(7) Upload the .csv file to eCriteria using the same name as the prior database.
