eCriteria Partners with Comease.com to Provide Customer Service Support
Written by Ms. Camille Jacks, PR Manager

Culver City, Calif. – August 21, 2000 – eCriteria is pleased to announce that Comease.com will supply the voice-over-IP (VOIP) facility necessary to provide customer support services.  The services provided by Comease.com will include two tools, ClickNTalk and Co-Browser.

With ClickNTalk, eCriteria users may click on an icon on the customer support page of the www.eCriteria.ws Website in order to obtain support.  The eCriteria toll-free support land phone line is dialed, and the user may speak to a support representative through the computer’s microphone.  Users can thus obtain support without leaving the website or picking up a phone.  Co-Browser allows the eCriteria support staff to share the user’s web browser and remotely direct the user through the site’s features.

Comease.com is a Singapore based corporation with United States operations.  Founded in 1989, the company is a global provider of VOIP services that established enhanced 1-800 toll free service.  The company began its core competency in Internet telephony technologies in 1994.  The National Science & Technology Board of Singapore endorsed the company’s research team through R&D grants for innovative product development.

ClickNTalk enables eCriteria to establish voice communication with online customers anywhere in the world via the Internet without either party having to incur international-call charges.  Co-Browser allows two or more people from different physical locations to view and interact with the same web page at the same time.  This allows for eCriteria to conduct real-time communications with all web site visitors and customers.

With the Comease.com affiliation, eCriteria Data Authors and Data Users will have quick and cost-effective access to customer support services.  Low-cost database publishing consulting services for Data Authors also shall be available via ClickNTalk.

A Word from the CEO

Gutierrez, Founder/CEO or eCriteria.   "As we expand our DSP concept across the U.S. as well as internationally, we hope to attract an ever increasing customer base and keeping in touch with our users through Comease.com VIOP technology is a logical extension of our service."
